To jump-start relationships with colleagues and partners when you join PRTM, you will take part in an on-boarding experience. During this process, you will be matched up with two PRTM veterans: a consultant who holds the same level position as you do, and a partner who will provide long-term mentoring and support throughout your PRTM career. Each helps you integrate yourself into our culture and gain a thorough grounding in what PRTM is all about.

PRTM consultants are expected to master a set of competencies appropriate to particular consulting levels. You will be provided with training and learning experiences that help you deepen your skills in: client project achievement; marketing and new business development; knowledge management and practice support; and firm management.
